Pick a folder (e.g. in OneDrive). Whenever anyone signs a SWMS or SSSP — on any phone — this computer saves the signed PDF (original + sign-off page) into <folder>/<job name>/ as “… — Signed — Current.pdf”; the version it replaces moves to Archive. A job can use its own folder instead (job menu → 📁 Signed PDFs folder).
Works in Chrome or Edge on Mac/Windows, while the app is open.

Saves anything signed that isn't in the folders yet (and re-creates any Current file that was moved or deleted).
